This project was in Seagrove, FL and is a large, multi-building complex. SCI removed the entire vinyl siding exterior façade of the buildings along with doors, and windows.  SCI completed framing and ancillary repairs while the façade was removed and completed repairs as needed. SCI installed new Hardie siding, and new PGT Series 5570 Sliding Glass Doors and PGT Series 5500 Single Hung Windows. The buildings were waterproofed, caulked and the entire exterior painted with Sherwin Williams self-cleaning acrylic. The project was completed in a compressed timeline with multiple buildings being completed concurrently.
