This condominium is located on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. SCI staged the exterior sections of both buildings to provide adequate access. Significant areas of deteriorated stucco cladding along with JELD-WEN Series SH9000 Impact Windows, Neuma Fiberglass D1-3 DH Patio Doors were removed and replaced. Framing repairs and Kynar finished handrail replacement were completed and a new metal roof installed on one of the buildings. The exterior of the building was waterproofed with BASF elastomeric coating system.
