This is a high-rise condominium located in Miramar Beach, FL. SCI removed the entire existing tile roof system, wood decking, and removed the existing structural steel framing system on top of this 15-story building. Structural streel columns and beam supports were treated and coated with Sherwin Williams rust inhibitor and two coats of a Sherwin Williams industrial coating product. SCI designed, fabricated, and installed a new metal framing system and provided a new deck system with 3/4-inch pressure treated plywood. A new tile roof system was installed, and the flat roof system was coated with a high solids silicone coating system.
