These condominiums are in Panama City, FL. SCI removed the entire, elevated, steel framed sloped mansard (with a metal roof) on both buildings at this site. A crane was used to lower all debris and access outer wall sections for improvements. A new concrete parapet wall was constructed along with stucco cladding and waterproofing 13 stories above ground level. The roof was replaced with a single ply membrane and the entirety of the upper roof sections of both buildings were rehabilitated upon project completion.
