Phase I – Hurricane clean-up

Phase II- This is a multi-building, town home complex located in Panama City, Florida. SCI completed exterior building renovations on multiple buildings. Approximately 500 PGT Series PW-5520 Fixed/Impact Windows, PGT FD-555 French/Impact doors, and PGT Series SGD5570 windows and doors were removed and replaced. Significant concrete restoration throughout each building was completed along with framing and siding repairs. Entire concrete stairwells were replaced along with balcony handrail systems. Exterior stucco was repaired, and the facility was caulked and coated with a Sherwin William self-cleaning acrylic coating system. Walkways and balconies prepped and coated with a Neogard pedestrian walkway systems.
