This is a multi-building complex project located on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. SCI Removed the existing stucco wall systems, inspected framing, re-sheathed the exterior walls with structural plywood, and completed major structural repairs, bringing the building into compliance with code. A combination of Hardie lap siding and board batten were installed to replace the failing stucco system. The buildings were caulked and painted with a Sherwin Williams coating system. Miscellaneous electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs were also completed to complete the project rehabilitation.
