This is a condominium project located on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. SCI completed stucco repairs and waterproofed the entire exterior with Dow All guard silicone waterproofing system and sealants. Pedestrian deck coatings were completed, and large aluminum louver panels were blasted, and powder coated.
