This is a multi-building complex located in Destin, FL. SCI has completed several construction projects at this facility. These include significant concrete restoration, waterproofing, framing, stucco replacement, steel column repairs and complete mansard rehabilitation. SCI removed stucco, metal wall panels, and structural steel framing along with the exterior fascia and soffit of the entire north most building. New structural steel members, new light gauge metal framing for ceiling and fascia areas were installed with new stucco ceilings. New fascia panels and the existing metal roof systems were replaced. Elevated concrete balconies and stairwells walkways were completely removed and new concrete poured and waterproofed. All work has been completed with the facility in full occupancy.  Additionally, various emergency storm repairs have been completed at this property after significant weather events.
