This is a multi-story condominium located in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. In the first phase, SCI removed the entire upper deck around the roof top pool, reframed and installed new exterior railings. Sika waterproofing products were used in interstitial spaces below and above the pool deck areas.  New brick pavers were installed around on the pool deck to form a completely restored roof top pool area.

Phase 2 work was completed in the garage to address concrete problems.  Concrete restoration was completed in the garage, garage ceilings, and stairwells. Soffits were rebuilt with light gauge framing, stucco repaired, and waterproofing applied to complete the garage concrete restoration project.
