This is a new construction project. SCI constructed this 10,000 sq.ft. plus vodka distillery located in South Walton Commerce Park in South Walton County. The structures incorporate warehousing/offices, distillation, production, bottling spaces, bar area, and a mezzanine entertainment level. Complete infrastructure, storm water management, fencing and significant landscaping were completed for the project.
