This project was located on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The project was a multi-unit condominium/ townhome structure. SCI removed the entire stucco cladding on the buildings and repaired extensive framing and termite damage. New PGT Series HR5410 and HR5510 Windows, PGT Series PW5420, PW5520, PGT Series 5570 Sliding Glass Doors, PGT Series 5500 Single Hung Windows, Hardie siding and PLASTPRO DRG60 six panel doors were installed. The exterior of the building was waterproofed, caulked and coated with a Sherwin Williams self-cleaning acrylic coating. SCI completed concrete restoration and installed a Neogard pedestrian traffic coating on unit balconies. Project was completed in a compressed timeline.
