Aquavista is a multi-building high-rise condominium located in Panama City Beach, FL. SCI removed extensive damaged structural components on the building exterior, reframed and installed a new stucco façade in areas of repair. SCI removed and rebuilt (2) 8 story elevator towers, one of which had sustained fire damage. A BASF waterproofing system was then provided along with a BASF Pedestrian Walkway coating system. New aluminum, Kynar coated railing systems were installed at the direction of the project engineer.
