This project consisted of (3) 4 story condominium buildings situated in Miramar Beach, FL. SCI removed the entire elevated walkway decking, reframed as needed, and re-decked. A Pecora pedestrian walkway coating system over the new common walkway decking. The building exteriors were pressure washed, caulked, and waterproofed with a PPG elastomeric coating system. Roof repairs were also completed, along with new trash chute installations.
